The area is fine, but the building and room were in terrible condition and poorly maintained. I left the property and moved to another accommodation. Paying 140 euros for that room was insane; it was worth only 50. It does not meet the quality standards promised by Booking.

The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. At 13:00 on the day of arrival, we were told that for one night we would have to stay elsewhere, with a refund guaranteed and a taxi transfer the next day at no cost to us, and that the first night would be in a highly rated location. When we finally checked in, we found a room with no external windows (only a small window above the door that opens into a hallway). The shower drain lacked a siphon, causing a strong, unbearable odor. On the second day, after exploring the city, we had to return to pick up our luggage and then move to the next accommodation. There we found a 3 × 3 m room, though the listing said it was 17 m². The hallway, bathroom, and room had ceilings covered in mold. We had to sleep for three nights with the windows wide open to escape the mold smell. When we tried to close the windows and turn on the air‑conditioner, a strong mold odor came out and we gave up on heating. The mold problems seem old and likely affected other guests before us. I contacted the property, but for three days they have not answered any questions about compensation for the transfer and the disappointing stay. I will leave a few photos that reflect the reality of the accommodation.

The location is great and the bed is comfortable. The room lacks natural light because of its position. It was quite dusty, the floor was dirty, and there was a lot of moisture making it stuffy and poorly ventilated. The bed and pillows felt awful, and we even had a rash from the bedding. We hardly heard or saw the host, only the owner via WhatsApp, who was very responsive, but the arrangements changed at the last minute. Entering the apartment was difficult because of leaking water at the front doors, which made getting in very painful.
