“Terrible experience: Overbooked, turned away, and now illegally charged!”
Do NOT stay here. The motel ruined our travel plans and, months later, they are still trying to steal from us. We booked a Quadruple Room (Confirmation #6043648873) for July 3–5, 2026. When we arrived at the front desk on July 3, the staff told us the hotel was overbooked and refused to give us our room. Their own staff forced the cancellation and even gave us a written cancellation proof at the time. Because of this failure, we had to scramble for last‑minute lodging at a higher price, wasting time and money on taxis. To our shock, despite never stepping foot in a room, G6 Hospitality / Motel 6 Fort Lupton recently slapped an unauthorized charge of €69.00 on our bank account (Sept 16, ref: G6 Hospitality 787‑7107264 DE US). They ignore emails and complaints. This is blatant fraud and a total scam. We are reporting this to our bank for a chargeback and to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this dishonest business at all costs!
