The view is beautiful and the beach access is convenient, but the room was uncomfortable, smelled damp, and I didn’t request cleaning because I was staying just one night; the only redeeming factor is the location and beach access.

I remembered this place from a visit twenty years ago and the beachfront location near Pitinga was superb, but the room’s facilities felt old while the other sea‑view area was said to be newly renovated, and they charged the full rate as soon as I booked three or four months in advance.

The seaside location and breakfast are nice. The room is old, the box floor is peeling, the shower space is tiny, and the air‑conditioner drips in the room. It doesn’t justify the price they charge.

The location is great, the accommodations are comfortable, the service is excellent and the food is good. The room was clean and organized when we arrived, but the housekeeping during the stay could have been a bit better.
