“Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est….. attention c’est pas les bonnes photos”

I liked the hotel itself, pretty architecture, large rooms, comfortable beds, four pools, and three restaurants… good for that price, luckily. First, I didn’t like a certain part of the staff that I find extremely unpleasant, except for a few exceptions, very unprofessional, for example the young woman who organizes the excursions, she explains a lot of nonsense that she will send you a document and you just have to figure it out, the worst is the slowness of service, fortunately we’re on vacation, otherwise I would have lost my mind, I found everything overpriced, the beach is frankly not very pretty, but the biggest scam is that all the photos you see in the presentation are not the photos of the hotel, but the photos of private villas, in reality the hotel is much less beautiful than on the photos. Beautiful property and so comfortable, they thought of everything and took care of it before you could even ask. I think the food left a little to be desired but overall it was so good

“Un posto comunque incantevole”

The cleanliness in general, the structure, the room, the gym and the service. The beach is tiny. During the stay they changed breakfast from buffet to à la carte, I preferred the former.
