Everything was perfect, I couldn't find anything to complain about.

The place is very friendly and pretty, situated nicely only 15 to 20 minutes on foot from Arras Christmas market. It felt a bit cool at night. The breakfast could use improvement – only a coffee, no milk, no orange juice, no fruit, no bread, no yogurt, and the croissants weren’t fresh, probably not from a bakery, which is a let‑down for a serious bakery fan. The staff were very pleasant, with a great welcome, and the location and facilities were highly appreciated.

“Gîte calme et reposant avec un spa magnifiquement décoré”

We loved our stay at Virtuel Spa. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The place looks even better in person than in photos; the room is romantic, the bathroom modern, and the spa décor is MAGNIFICENT. The island décor instantly transports you into a wellness dream world, thoughtfully arranged with two loungers and a champagne bucket for relaxing after the spa. It’s truly great and very quiet—no noise, just a bubble. We would have liked croissants and rolls with juice in the morning.

The reserved parking at the spa is nice, and the spa itself is highly appreciated, nothing to add. The breakfast was very disappointing, and a few pieces of equipment need attention. The shower area was dark and not great, the hot water couldn’t be adjusted and was too hot, and the large shower head was unusable.
