Arriving on Saturday, the venue was stunning and spotless, breakfast was fantastic, the spot was spot‑on, and the staff were incredibly courteous. However, one jacuzzi was out of service and the other was already booked; we were told that access required a reservation, and when we tried to book for Sunday both were still under maintenance until 12h, which was exactly our checkout time, so we missed out on a key hotel feature. Weekend maintenance schedules should be better coordinated to avoid inconveniencing guests.

The linens for sheets and towels were good, the room and bathroom were spacious, the pool was clean, the pillows were fine, and the front‑desk lady was very polite and helpful, and the guys at breakfast were friendly. On the downside, the jacuzzis were under maintenance, the towel‑exchange policy was unclear, there was no game room or lounge for bad weather, lunch Wi‑Fi was weak, and there was no complimentary coffee at the reception—simple touches that would please guests.

The hotel's room was spacious, and the outdoor pool area was pleasant, but it fell short in one key aspect: the lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom.
