The place was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, prices were reasonable. At night the spotlights were turned on, blocking the starry sky and ruining our plan to watch the rainclouds; the water in the kids’ pools was cold, and the toilets were almost abandoned by the end of the day.

I asked for a crib and they actually brought one. The room was perfect, the air‑conditioning was on and the room was just cool enough. I have no complaints.

A very nice relaxing spot for families with kids. Perhaps there could be one or two heated pools for the little ones, especially when it isn’t that warm. That’s just a suggestion, not a criticism.

The complex is brand new with five pools, several large slides, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and everything is impeccably clean. This is only the first phase of the three‑phase plan. The restaurant is excellent, the food and service are top‑class. We found no issues.

The pools, slides, staff, and meals are all great. Nothing is wrong, just be careful with the route to the water park – you can easily end up in the fields 😅
