It was cheap and cheerful but rough around the edges. The room wasn’t very clean, a bit cramped, and the stay felt odd, yet it was very reasonably priced.

The location was handy, but the water stains on the ceiling in our room (roof repairs needed) made the building look rundown. Paying 10 GBP for unsecured car parking is outrageous, and the breakfast fell short of expectations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the price was great, but the TV was old and small, and the bed creaked a lot.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Included breakfast, simple, but well cooked and good quality - quick service too. Room made up each day with fresh towels. Good location and parking (this is chargeable). We will return!. Maybe a front door key to let yourself in after Midnight would be useful?
