“Bien”
I stayed in a hotel in India and the price‑quality ratio was solid. I left my suitcase in the storage all day while I explored the city, and the staff was very friendly about the trip.
“Ok ok”
The bed was comfortable, but the room lock wouldn’t open properly, the geyser didn’t heat, the Wi‑Fi was super slow, and I never got a spoon in the room even after asking at 8 am.
We stayed at this hotel in the Old Lucknow area, and the location was very convenient—main attractions were quick and easy to reach. The staff was kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The room left a pleasant impression: it had enough furniture, a working air conditioner and fan, and hot water. There is some renovation happening in the building, which is good to know, but it didn’t affect our rest. For an additional fee, you can choose both vegetarian and non‑vegetarian meals. The hotel also completes the required C‑form registration for foreign guests at check‑in, which made everything simple and comfortable. Overall, we had a warm and positive experience staying here.
“Should have looked into more details before booking.”
The staff communication was unclear and unprofessional, the room was dirty, and there was no view at all.
“Could be a lot better truthful service”
The room looked nice, but the manager told me that the property I booked wasn’t the one I had, so the price was higher. Late that night I had to get up and go to reception to have them turn down their loud music.
