The location was good, surrounded by mostly 5‑star and higher hotels, and the area was cleaner than the city center; rickshaws were easy to find when you left the lane, but if you headed for Kashi Vishwanath temple or the ghats the auto rickshaw drivers would charge over 150. However, I would avoid this property because many things disappointed me. The service was very inconsistent and the facilities were poor; even the basics were missing. I was given a room with a dirty, non‑functional fan that made a creaking sound and shut off by itself. The toilet’s flush button was broken, so I had to pour water from a bucket after using it, and the geyser didn’t work. I requested a room change, but the new room’s geyser was also broken, and they told me to bathe in another vacant room. When I expressed my disappointment, they brought hot water in a bucket to my room, but after that the water was cold. I was staying with my son, so they only gave hot water once, and the rest was cold, forcing my son to bathe in cold water because we were running late. I asked for an extra glass, but they said all glasses were in use. No extra chair was provided for meals, and there was no table to keep our food; I had to use a small drawer as a table. I stayed for three days but nothing improved even after I gave them feedback. I asked for the property manager, but I never saw him or her during those three days. The property was run by the housekeeping staff who only cleaned the room and served food, and their basic understanding of service and hygiene was below the bar.
