The location is perfect, surrounded by many gardens and sports facilities. If the cupboard were covered by doors and the swimming pool were the size of a 5‑star hotel, it would be even better.

Spacious, clean room, beautiful premises, very good facilities, and the most amazing staff. I was there during my birthday that coincided with my honeymoon and we were absolutely spoiled! I'm so happy we chose Pullman for this special occasion. Thank you Pullman team!

It was the third time we stayed here. Whenever we go to Bandung, we always choose Pullman Bandung Grand Central. The location is convenient, the facilities are excellent, and breakfast is plentiful! We were also grateful for the last‑minute late checkout because we had to bathe our toddler, which always takes longer than expected. The hotel was very considerate about this.
