The location and cleanliness were good, but the room stayed extremely hot all day. Even with the AC on its maximum setting and the lowest temperature, the heat persisted. I asked the reception to check the AC, but nothing changed. I also requested an extra bed at 4:00 PM, yet it didn’t arrive until 1:00 AM, which was very disappointing and caused major inconvenience. Overall, I was very let down by the service and the lack of prompt action.

The location, room size, and entrance were suitable for cars, and the reception handled check‑in quickly. The room equipment was good. However, the air conditioning was bad. The housekeeping staff and luggage carriers were not up to the hotel’s standard; they lost food items on departure and didn’t deliver them to the car. Towels and room service were poorly trained. The manager apologized with a fruit basket, and I have a photo of it.
