The hotel sits in a prime spot for reaching the Tower and trams, the room was small but had everything we needed and was immaculately clean, the hosts were excellent and handled everything with ease, so we’d definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was lovely and quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, it’s close to town, shops and entertainment, and booking parking with the hotel saved us a bit of money; overall we had a great stay, though a few things kept it from being perfect. The TV didn’t work, the room was small, we booked a family room for two kids, there wasn’t much space to move or set up a travel cot, the bathroom was very small, and storage for clothes was limited; the staff were friendly except for one person who seemed uninterested in interacting and could be quite unpleasant.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms, well maintained facilities, and great value, but the room felt a bit cramped.
