The outdoor facilities and location were the highlights of our stay – the beach was nice, the beachside café was a pleasant touch, and the pool bar was acceptable, making the hotel’s outdoor area and beachfront position among the better aspects. Unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing: the room was old, heavily worn and dirty, with a particularly bad bathroom, a rotten door with visible mould, and grimy shower walls showing a clear lack of cleaning and upkeep; the bed was uncomfortable. Guest treatment varied wildly, and it felt as if non‑Turkish or non‑Russian speakers were treated worse, with staff sometimes standing in front of us and laughing, giving Turkish‑speaking guests preferential service, cutting ahead in queues, and making it nearly impossible to get proper help at reception without those languages. Bar hygiene was sometimes unacceptable, as we received drinks in cups that clearly hadn’t been washed, containing hair and food residue; the staff’s response was irritation rather than an apology. The food selection was poor, with essentially the same menu every day over 13 days and very little variety, which is rare for an all‑inclusive hotel, and the restaurant interior was uncomfortably hot despite outside temperatures around 40 °C, making diners feel rushed to leave.

The beach was wonderful, with fine sand, a gentle sunset, and warm, clean sea. The rooms need updating.

A decent budget all‑inclusive place where they tidy the room daily, greet you with wine and fruit, and the minibar comes stocked with water and juice at check‑in though they don’t refill it later. The food options are plentiful enough that you won’t go hungry and the drinks are fine, but the rooms look worn and need a makeover, everything feels a bit shabby and some parts are even damaged. There are queues everywhere – at lunch and at the bar – yet the staff do their best to keep things comfortable. After 8 am all the loungers are taken and wrapped in towels, and towels are only changed twice a week.
