Convenient location next to Terminal 3. In the evening you can walk to the “civilization” outside the airport’s infrastructure. The room was quiet and spacious. I was able to sleep well before the early flight. The room faced the sun and it was a bit stuffy during the day. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool.

The room was a two‑bedroom executive suite on the top floor with a lake view; it was very clean and the view was spectacular. The hotel was pretty empty and the bar had a limited selection, was overpriced and unattractive. A better deal was buying from the shop at the entrance and taking it to the room, which was a shame. Breakfast was also decidedly average.

Zoe at reception gave a warm welcome. I was upgraded from a deluxe lake view to a suite (no lake view). A handy shuttle to and from the terminal runs every 20 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. The place was spotless. The bathroom door creaked.

The pool was great, but the room stayed a bit warm even with the air‑con on; I couldn’t bring the temperature below 21 °C.

The room showed its age with plenty of wear and tear, and the air‑con failed to cool it below 22 °C no matter what I set it to.
