I stayed right by the slopes, the surroundings were clean, the kitchen was home‑style, the staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was just behind the lodge. The rooms could use a renovation, but the price‑to‑quality ratio was fair, and everything matched the description, so that’s not a downside.
The owner was welcoming, the vibe was friendly, there were plenty of games, a gaming room, and everything was clean and ready. The walls were extremely thin.

The location was good and the staff were kind and tried their best. The facilities, equipment, and overall upkeep were neglected and poorly maintained. The linen handling in the dining area and the disgusting, dirty coating on the ironing board were shocking, and I’ve never seen a smell like the dog and grease in the hallway near the building entrance. We stayed for one night, it might have lasted longer, but you really have to close your eyes to get through it.
