The entire place was filthy, with a stench of feces and cat droppings roaming the house; we even found cats on the bed, with dirty sheets and towels that smelled like bleach. The building looked abandoned. We had to wash ourselves with cold water, even though we called Ms. Sonia, who completely mocked us, spoke in dialect, and told us a plumber would arrive and the water would be hot again, but nothing ever happened. The rooms were cold, with dirty, non‑working radiators, a leaking toilet, a shower smaller than a phone booth and broken, no coffee machine even though the listing promised one. We arrived at 13:00, were escorted into the rooms, only to be locked in with the key while the staff said check‑in would be at 15:30 and the house was still messy. We were supposed to spend Valentine’s Day together, but that wasn’t possible because of all these issues, so we decided to stay home and order food. To descend the stairs we had to use a flashlight because there was no lighting, and angry cats (probably) jumped on us. This does not match the photos uploaded on the platform and is absolutely to be avoided—a traumatic experience!

The room on the 3rd floor had a dirty staircase with no lighting, putting us at risk of falling. The room itself was dirty, with stained sheets, no blinds, and an obsolete fan. Given the situation, we left the place—calling it a “structure” is a euphemism—and did not use the already paid 6‑night reservation. The refund was denied. Who is responsible for inspecting such properties?
I loved everything, especially the clean room and the window with a spectacular view of the sea, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. People here are said to be very special, and I had a great time; I’ll definitely return soon for another holiday at their place because it was truly satisfying and beautiful, so I highly recommend it to everyone.

The property was far from the main road and had too many stairs; the state of repair was sub‑standard and the surrounding environment was poor.
