The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were well furnished. However, the place was unbearably loud with the window open because of the tram, and even with it closed the noise persisted; the tram runs very regularly and starts early, so sleep was impossible.

The spot is convenient for the Zoo Leipzig, but there were no bread varieties—only rolls. The plates were left on the table, and the Aperol‑spritz was poorly made: the sparkling wine and mineral water were flat, so the cocktail was flat and not fizzy. The underground parking cost €24.00 per night, which was very expensive.

The central location is a plus, but the room and bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired.

The location is fantastic, the staff are top‑class, the room felt like a palace, and the breakfast was superb. The only caveat is that you need to love the tram right outside your window and block it out.
