“It was waist of money and stressful for a disabled person .”
Nothing positive to mention. The staff were uncooperative, gave us the wrong rooms, and behaved rudely.

Breakfast was ordinary. They told me the car park was free, yet I was charged £3 per night for parking, even on my second night when the adjacent car park was free. In the bathroom there was no shampoo, body wash or conditioner. When I complained they asked why I didn’t tell them before. No drinking water was provided in the room. The bathroom supplies were lacking; a bottle of drinking water should be available in the room.

The stay was good.

The breakfast selection was great, though mushrooms were missing. The room wasn’t 100% clean, but otherwise everything was fine.
