The hotel sits in a quiet, wonderful location. The food is perfect, the staff is excellent, and everything else is great. The only downside is the lack of a lift.

The staff’s attitude was wonderful—beauty, coziness, calm—and I recommend it. I did dislike that I arrived a bit early and had to leave.

The nature and location were a paradise. The staff were welcoming and polite. The place needs maintenance and renovation; it looks like nothing has been updated in the last ten years. The kids’ corner was neglected, the bungalow interior smelled stale, the carpets hadn’t been refreshed for years, the shower cabin was on the verge of collapse, and for the cherry on top, flies roamed the kitchen all night, buzzing and squeaking—unacceptable, especially with a child. The kitchen had no supplies, and even for lunch menu dishes you sometimes had to wait 30–40 minutes, sometimes up to an hour when busy. The sauna was completely unnecessary; you’re in the forest on fresh air, and when they light it, the bungalow fills with smoke. I don’t know how it is in the hotel part, but for the price, both bungalows need a full renovation and refresh. For three nights, no one ever cleaned, changed the towels, and there was even no toilet paper. Location 11/10, staff 10/10, organization, kitchen, cleanliness, and amenities 3/10.
