Rooms felt nice, the restaurants were great and not overpriced, but the hotel price was a bit high, which I blame on booking last minute during a convention.

The resort was absolutely stunning, offering plenty for the whole family, with great food options and amazing staff; we were truly sad to leave, and we have no negative remarks.

The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired; pancakes were hard around the edges after sitting out and pastries felt a bit stale, and the egg selection was limited—eggs benedict was awful. The indoor pool didn’t meet the cleanliness standards expected at a high‑end resort; the bottom of the zero‑walk area had slimy, slick spots where kids slipped, and grime was visible on the tiles just above the water line—cleaner pools were expected.

“Good experience”

The place is gorgeous and the room was spacious and nice, with staff who were helpful and accommodating. However, it gets very busy, almost too crowded. We dined at the spot’s bar and the food was terrible, almost making us think we’d get food poisoning; we had to drive elsewhere for food and definitely wouldn’t recommend the overpriced, awful menu.
