I never actually stayed there. The owner didn’t reply to me. I booked and they sent me a confirmation, but no one appeared in the app. I sent a WhatsApp message but no one answered until the owner got back to me after 8 hours, which was too late.
The room was pleasant and spacious enough for two people. The location is great for walks. The reception staff only spoke Hungarian, and even with a translator it was very difficult to communicate.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked four rooms and paid a day before arrival. When I got there, the lady told me the apartment had been given to someone else, the place was full, and she didn’t know what to do. She couldn’t refund my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. On my way out, more people arrived with the same problem. I’m shocked how a hotel can operate like this.
