We were greeted with a warm welcome, the kitchen and dining area looked lovely, and there were even jam, cookies, and coffee available. The location was ideal for walking around Rome. Everything was perfect.

The spot is great, close to Piazza Navona yet in a quiet area without the noise from the restaurants. The common area has coffee, tea, and a small snack. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Occasionally, there were smells coming from the sewage.

The location is excellent; just across the street is Campo dei Fiori, and Piazza Navona is right behind the property with plenty of bars and restaurants. The Pantheon is also nearby. A little farther along the same road you can reach the Vatican, and the Colosseum is accessible the other way. The antique lift worked flawlessly and there were four different keys for entry. The air conditioning was superb, and the windows opened for fresh air. The bathroom was good, but a few more hooks would have been handy.
