The place has no good points. The odor of mildew is everywhere, even on the sheets, towels, room and hallways, so we had to light candles and incense. The pool is dirty, the room view is bad even though I paid more for a deluxe, the balcony fits the room, the air‑conditioner broke, the beach is dirty, the water is dirty, and everything is in plastic bags.

The stay was absolutely fantastic, especially the lift's location right by the pool—just a quick walk to your room. The staff were all cheerful and helpful, constantly ensuring we felt comfortable. I appreciate every team member, and I can’t think of anything to criticize.

The location was great and I thanked all the staff. The bed was uncomfortable, the pool had no shade, there was no children’s section, and the floors were extremely slippery—I even saw several kids slip.
