The staff were friendly, but there were dead and live bugs in the room, mildew on the ceiling, and old carpet.

The hotel sits close to everything, so getting to all the food spots is a quick drive. The mattresses felt a bit firmer than I’d hoped.

The place was pretty nice, with a great spot and helpful staff; the front‑desk lady was very friendly and offered solid suggestions for first‑time visitors to Arkansas. We had to switch rooms because the toilet in the first one was totally busted, and the replacement room wasn’t as nice.

I liked the whole layout—two buildings under one name—and how easy it was to reach nearby attractions. The price I paid at the front desk was higher than the $113 shown during booking because the state taxes and fees weren’t disclosed; I ended up paying about $138.
