We were in Tuyap for work, and the hotel was perfect—just a 5‑minute walk to the entrance. Everything else was fine. Breakfasts were varied, and dinner could be enjoyed both in the on‑site restaurant and cheaply in the mall restaurants across the pedestrian bridge, a 10‑minute walk. I stayed in a Deluxe room with a corner window, offering the best view in all directions, especially at night. Thank you to the hotel! I also forgot to collect my deposit and left, but they reached out and arranged a refund. Thanks for the honesty!

Das Personal ist aber freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Messe ist in 2 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere der Spa. Er ist dreckig und die Saunen sind überall geflikt und dürftig übergepinselt. Die Umkleiden sind videoüberwacht und auch nicht sauber! 5 Sterne hat der Laden vielleicht vor 20 Jahren mal verdient. Die Rooftop Bar ist ne Baustelle und geschlossen und die Bar im Parterre ist einfach so geschlossen. Dafür gibt es Flaschenbier für 10 € und Pianomusik die in den Ohren schmerzt
