This hotel is amazing—one of the best spots we’ve ever visited with family, considering how much we travel. From the rooms to the service, hospitality, and facilities, everything was absolutely fantastic.

I wasn’t happy with the price or the name value; it didn’t live up to expectations. The staff’s attitude was dry and untrustworthy, and the biggest headache was the shuttle wait—30 minutes, which was more stressful than any other place I’ve stayed.

We enjoyed a spacious two‑bedroom villa that had its own private swimming pool. The breakfast was a huge buffet, and the staff were very attentive and caring.
