The beds were incredibly comfortable, yet the staff member assisting us was not friendly.

I appreciate the respect and warmth from the staff; the cleaner who tended my room deserves a raise for honesty, especially after we forgot a pricey gift and she handed it over to reception or housekeeping—discipline is 100%. There was nothing negative.
