I’m grateful to David for letting me stay in his guest room, which is the epitome of Milanese chic. I got lucky and stayed there for a couple of days, and it was the best experience. If you’re not into IKEA or soulless cheap interiors, and you love and respect culture, art, and history, you should definitely stay here. The photos say it all, but I’ll add that the sofa bed is quite comfortable (David’s assistant set it up for me, so I didn’t have to unfold it myself), the bathroom is shared but that’s no problem, and the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator—though that’s not an issue, as it’s an old building with character. Plus, the neighborhood is vibrant and nice, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. The price includes half a bottle of wine, which is a nice touch. David, thanks again; now I have wonderful memories. I can only hope that other guests will truly appreciate your place.

“Amazing stay and host, highly recommended!”

If you want a unique experience in Milan, I highly recommend staying at Davide’s place. His home has so much character and really makes you feel at home. If you love books and music, you’ll especially love the atmosphere. Davide is a great host and was very thoughtful throughout my stay. He made sure I had enough water and that I was comfortable. He also kindly gave me access to his gym club, which is one of the top clubs in Milan and has a swimming pool. That was definitely a great bonus and a really nice experience. Davide also gave me great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location is very convenient too, whether you want to go shopping, explore the city centre, get around Milan, or easily reach the airport. Overall, I had a really great stay and would definitely recommend Davide’s place.

To better feel the Italian culture, I had long wanted to live with a local. In this case everything matched. The location is very convenient for my trip, and staying in a beautiful apartment with a pleasant and interesting host David is not a banal hotel experience. David is open and helps with advice and recommendations. The apartment itself is simply magnificent. Chic and non-banal interior design, a beautiful house where it is located. Cat Peter is an extra charm of this apartment.
