I appreciate the hotel’s strategic location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and clean surroundings. It’s also convenient for exploring nearby attractions, shopping, and local restaurants, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. However, the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly and was slippery, causing my child to fall. I hope the hotel improves bathroom cleanliness and ensures the floors are safe for guests, especially kids.
