Great location, within walking distance to sites, nice old town walk, Sitora restaurant on the way was good. If you opt in for breakfast make sure to give a time comfortable for you as they prepare it very punctually, I was ok but with kids, you gotta haul them out and things get cold. Nice peaceful secure neighborhood. Fridays Chicken nearby is great fast food restaurant. Hard mattresses, small room for the 2 twin bed, old furniture, breakfast could be better. There was construction going on the front porch so some dust and uneven pavement for luggage, seemed a temporary thing during the time we visited. Business is run from a house as a side hustle like so many other accommodations here, so don't expect a front desk presence, if needed you would have to ring the door bell outside the main gate

The location is very good, within walking distance of historic sites. The new air‑conditioners work well at the Buhuara corner, and the internet speed is fine. The furnishings are a bit old and would look great if renovated. The female owner is very helpful according to needs, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety.

We arrived late but were welcomed warmly. The kitchenette where breakfast is served has a boiler and tea anytime, and rooms also have a kettle and cups. The room is tiny—just a bed, a nightstand, a locker, no table—but it has a shower‑bathtub combo that’s fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, featuring local treats like jam. The host is friendly and respectful. We were officially registered and later received the confirmation electronically. The hotel sits right on the edge of the old town, so everything is close. They’re clearly aiming to improve the property, as we saw renovation work underway. On the downside, the booking page listed the price without taxes in one place and with taxes in another, so we ended up paying more than expected. Both days the water was shut off until the evening, but it seemed to be a district‑wide outage, not a hotel issue.
