The place was fine, parking is right outside, and the garden is usable. The rooms smelled of poorly ventilated spaces, which made the humidity high, and the breakfast was sparse with stale cereals.

The location is perfect for exploring the coast from Gijón to Villaviciosa. It’s a quiet spot that lets you stroll around the area. The accommodation is very calm in a well‑maintained manor with a large garden. The owner is very attentive. Breakfasts, featuring homemade pastries and fruit from the garden, are superb. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and in perfect condition. The downside is that there aren’t many nearby places to eat if you’re walking around for dinner.

The homemade breakfast was top quality, and the location was super quiet yet still central and well connected; the owner, Mari Paz, was very personal and friendly. I wish there were a few more pieces of furniture in the garden so we could use it more; otherwise, the place was spacious, cozy, and impeccably maintained.
Everything was absolutely great. The house, overall condition, meticulous care, and Paz’s sweetness were charming. Thank you 🙏🏽😊
