The location is excellent, tucked down a quiet road near the town center.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything else was a problem: the mattress was warped, Wi‑Fi barely worked, the room was old and dirty in spots, there was nowhere to hang clothes, the pool was old and unpleasant to swim in, and for 790 THB it was a terrible deal.

The location is good, but the hotel is very basic, offering only the essentials at low cost. After a severe storm, the property was flooded and there was no way to dry clothes—this time I really needed a hair dryer! The bedding was subpar, and the claim of a pool view was misleading because my room had no window and the door opened onto a corridor wall. The pool was present, but overall the price‑to‑value ratio was unjustified and the breakfast was sparse.
