“Dismal.”
There wasn’t much to say. The place feels old, tired and dingy.
“A pleasant, comfortable stay.”
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent: within easy walking distance of the station, close to both the centre and the North beach. Bus stope were also quite near and It was not a lot further to the Great Orme tramway. The room was quite small, but adequate for one person. I appreciated the en suite shower and toilet and the compact wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The breakfast was very good with a fair amount of choice and promptly served. There is an excellent fish and chip shop / restaurant very close by
“Fab B&B”
I really enjoyed my stay at Glascoed—great location, comfy bed, good shower, and lovely breakfast. Simon and Anna were fantastic hosts. Nothing to complain about.
“Overall, the stay was pleasant, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.”
We spent the weekend here and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was a bit cramped but had all the essentials. Breakfast was only lukewarm, though the selection was decent, and the courtesy bar added a nice welcoming touch. The biggest drawback was the lack of a lift, making it hard to bring luggage up to the top floor, which should be noted for anyone with mobility issues. Still, it was a decent stay despite that inconvenience.
The bed was comfortable; I slept like a baby. It was quiet. Simon was very nice and made me feel at home.
