The place was nice and my room had everything I needed, but the stairs were a problem for my bad knee; an employee called me while I was heading there and said there were no main‑floor rooms, and she was rude; also the stairs lacked lights, so I couldn’t see them early in the morning or late at night.

The hotel was lovely, super clean, well maintained, and the parking outside was great, but the location was a bit too far for decent food and shop options.

The rooms were well sized, the amenities were solid, and the beds were comfortable. However, it got noisy at night and early in the morning because guests would return late from parties, laugh and talk loudly, or check out in the morning, and both sides of the condo had stairs, so people would walk past your door and windows. Also, the master bedroom didn’t have a door, which felt odd.

The surroundings were beautiful and quiet.

The spot was great, with easy access to the Tahoe Rim Trail for mountain biking or hiking, and the place was spacious with a nice kitchen. On the morning of our departure, there was a power outage and no generator backup, so we couldn’t use the kitchen for breakfast.
