Emiliano and his wife were incredibly welcoming—always friendly, quick to help, and clearly passionate about sustainability. Our room was spotless, with comfy sheets, pillow and duvet, and the décor was all made from recycled stuff, which gave it a quirky, tasteful feel. The breakfast was a highlight: everything was organic, from homemade yogurt and bread to fresh fruit, jam, made‑to‑order scrambled eggs and hot coffee—exactly what you want when you’re looking to get close to nature.
