“Vacanza piacevole e rilassante”

The hotel was very welcoming, the cleaning impeccable, the staff outstanding, and the rooms beautiful and spacious. The food was delicious and healthy. The pool, saunas, and jacuzzi were a real treat after long walks, and the location is perfect! The only downside was that the menu each evening was a different national cuisine; I would have liked a bit more Austrian food (it was only on Wednesdays). Even though the food was very specific, it was cooked very well.

These ratings aren’t for this hotel but for the Heart Grischuna hotel run by the same owners, because at the last minute we received a free upgrade as our first choice—this hotel—would have closed earlier. The only downside was the steep climb from St. Anton’s center to the hotel, otherwise everything was excellent.

The hotel is well‑located, parking is convenient, the room was clean and tidied every day. The triple‑bedroom had a double bed plus a full‑size bed, and the room and bathroom were spacious. We also tried the hotel’s wellness facilities: the sauna and the pool were fine. I expected a wider selection at breakfast for a 4‑star hotel, but everyone seemed to pick what they wanted. There were always scrambled and hard‑boiled eggs, cheese, salami, ham, pastries, bread, mostly rye, jam, Nutella, butter, plain and fruit yogurt, and seasonal fruit. A snack could be prepared for a fee. I don’t rate the dinner, we only had breakfast. In the room a fridge might have been nice, but we managed without it.
