The biggest perk of this hotel is its location just 3 minutes from most visa centers. The new part of the building is in good shape with fresh rooms, while the old section feels worn out. The rooms themselves are tired; the door won't close unless you lock it with a key. When I asked the staff about this, they simply said yes.
