“Great location apart from 1 member of staff everyone was engaging and friendly”
The property’s location and style are great, the ambience is excellent, the food quality is good, there’s secure parking, and a garden. The door to our room needs replacing because it’s hard to open, the shower is ancient and worn, and the bed is too hard. The girl who worked in the kitchen and cleared breakfast was unfriendly and didn’t smile. We arrived mid‑afternoon after a very long journey and were not offered any snack food; we expected full facilities from a hotel of this price.
