From the moment you arrive, the staff are welcoming and helpful; the rooms are spacious, immaculate, and feature fabulous bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The spot is unbeatable, just a short walk from Soi Bintabaht, the night market, and the beach. The pool is clean and set in beautifully kept gardens, and the best part is the beer bar where you can sip poolside—absolutely fantastic. This is my second visit and I’m sure there will be more.

The room was actually quite nice, but the water was brown and the spa’s hot water didn’t work. The worst part was the overpowering odor of old garbage coming from the six large, lidless bins right beneath the balcony; it’s like standing behind a garbage truck in 30‑degree heat. On top of that, the pool is located in a different building nearby, which is a minor inconvenience.
