We enjoyed a lovely 3‑day stay at the resort. The setting was quiet and beautiful, ideal for unwinding. Rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a decent selection, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. Almost everything was fine, but a faster Wi‑Fi and a wider breakfast spread would make it even better.

Our room never got cleaned during the three nights we stayed. We had to request toilet paper and towels, and the staff were hesitant to provide them. Water was also not supplied daily even though the listing said it would. The booking description mentioned three single beds, and we filtered for that because we were three travelers. When we arrived, no room had three single beds. It took a lot of convincing for the owner to help us, and finally he and a staff member arranged three single beds in one room. The room was small and dirty, with a broken light fixture that flickered when turned on. The property has potential, but maintenance has slipped. The staff were not warm or helpful; when we asked for basic items like toilet paper they treated us as if we were asking for a huge favor.

The rooms were spacious enough and the pool was nice. The first impression of the resort was good, and the employee behind the counter was friendly. However, we had many issues with the poorly functioning air conditioning. The resort is a 15‑minute walk from the center of Vang Vieng, which was a bit too far given the high temperatures. Additionally, the staff were downright rude during breakfast. The ladies were only on their phones with the volume turned up to maximum, and they cleaned up only sparingly. We stayed four nights and every morning the same breakfast with zero variety. Every morning from 5 o’clock you hear different animals screaming, which really wakes you up.
