We never stayed there again after they told us the A/C was broken, and they never refunded us even though they said it would happen automatically after we cancelled. The staff feel like they're scamming guests.

It’s a budget hotel close to the city centre, but the lift was out of order and they promised a driver‑resting room that never arrived.

The location is fine, but the place was dirty, had no hot water, the TV was dead, and the staff seemed more interested in charging us than helping.
