The room was spacious, but the toilet light wouldn’t turn on. I was already late at night and didn’t know how to reach the front desk, so I didn’t want to leave the room to walk over. The room should display a contact number for urgent needs.

Breakfast wasn’t offered, yet the area around the hotel had plenty of restaurants, laundromats, clinics, and more. The management should add basic items like a fridge, kettle, and microwave. The room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t replaced during my three‑night stay.
