I stay in lots of different hotels, and this one met and exceeded my high expectations of cleanliness; the rooms are spotless, and because they actually use laminate it doesn’t feel gross like carpet. The beds and couch were clean too, and the kitchen and bathroom were tidy. The only downside was that when you book through Booking communication isn’t always good – we waited 45 minutes for our shuttle at the airport while it was raining. When they finally arrived they rushed us (because of the rain) and I wanted my son to have a car seat but there was no regard for this. Once that was resolved and we arrived at the hotel it was cosy, clean and the breakfast is very good – a variety of choices and friendly staff! The dining area is clean and inviting. I hope they keep it up – over time places like this can look disgusting if upholstery and things aren’t kept clean. The walls, curtains and window areas were even clean. The bed did smell kind of musty, but that could be the humidity…but I liked smelling the freshness of the sheets, alas. Overall I would rate it high, which is very rare for me!
