Sehr günstige Lage. Fußläufig zur Metro. Rezeptionstheke ist von 1. Hotelzimmer nur durch Trockenbauwand getrennt, wodurch praktisch keine Schallisolierung bestand. In Rezepetionsbereich wurde die ganze Nacht über laut gesprochen und telefoniert. Nach Beschwerde bekam ich ein neues Zimmer zugeteilt, das erhelblich leiser war. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, worauf weder Gäste noch Hotelpersonal Rücksicht nehmen

My reservation did not appear, then the hotel changed from Golden Arch to Golden Times, which was already fully booked; attempts were made to relocate us, but our booking eventually appeared only to have expired because payment was not made before 12 pm, yet another room was still available; the staff were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, and we felt so uncomfortable that we chose a different hotel.
