The hotel sits in the old town, next to the lake, just a minute from the night market—shopping and dining are super convenient! Breakfast was delicious, and one day we had to leave at 06:30 for an excursion; the hotel kindly let us take breakfast with us, which was even better than a five‑star hotel. No complaints.

The location was perfect, rooms were the right size, and the staff were amazing! I couldn’t fault Bella Hotel and would definitely return.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. From arrival to departure it was a good experience. When we had questions at reception, they were happy to help. The rooftop bar is perfect for escaping the bustle and enjoying a drink at a great location.

The hotel sits right in the center and the staff were extremely friendly. The only downside was the laundry service: while the same‑day return was good, a few of our clothes came back shrunk, and a top had a huge black mark on the front with holes through the fabric.
