La atención de todo el personal es increíble. El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo y a vista hacia la laguna desde el balcón de la habitación hermosa. Tienen un muelle con acceso a la lagunas y está padrísimo pero la desventaja es que es una parte profunda por lo que puede llegar a ser cansado estar flotando todo el tiempo y que no haya una zona donde puedas estar de pie

“RELAJACION TOTAL”

LA VISTA DEL CUARTO A LA LAGUNA ERA MARAVILLOSA, EL CAFE QUE NOS DEJARON EN EL CUARTO, LA BEBIDA DE CORTESIA DE RECIBIMIENTO, EL DULCE DE PEPITA EN EL CUARTO, LAS BOTELLAS DE AGUA. LA PRIVACIDAD, LA CORTINA DE LA VENTANA QUE DABA JUSTO AL PASILLO SE ABRIA MUCHO Y RESTABA PRIVACIDAD Y EL ACCESO A LA LAGUNA ME SENTI INCOMODA DE INCOMODAR A LOS OTROS HUESPEDES QUE SU HABITACION ESTABA JUSTO EN EL ACCESO A LA LAGUNA, Y QUE SOLO HABIA UNA HAMACA, UNA SILLA Y UNA MESA, SI LLEGABA UNA PAREJA Y LO OCUPABA YA LOS DEMAS NO TENIAMOS DONDE ASENTAR LAS TOALLAS Y BOLSAS

“El mejor hotel, ya queremos regresar”

El personal excelente atención, nos recibieron con una bebida, quedamos encantados con el hotel, el restaurante buenisimo, la habitación muy cómoda con tina de baño, la disfrutamos mucho, nos hicieron upgrade a una suite y la mejor vista a la laguna y nos despidieron con un café para llevar. Todo excelente

The Service and the Food are excellent. Also the design of the rooms are great, very comfortable and nice terrace with a bathtub. The staff of the hotel are always friendly and making sure you are comfortable
