The spot is unbeatable, and the room was spotless and felt freshly updated, complete with a walk‑in shower and an extra built‑in closet beside the standard one. The kitchen area had everything you’d need. Two gas stations sit right under the compound’s entrance, and Wendy’s is just across the street. Shops and eateries are a 6‑to‑8‑minute walk away, and the hotel is just off I‑95, only a 20‑minute drive from downtown Savannah. The only gripe was that the AC can become pretty loud at times, a point that shows up in several other reviews, but it still worked well overall.

The location was good and the front‑desk staff were friendly, but the experience was disappointing. We booked and paid in full, yet shortly after booking—on the same day—our reservation couldn’t be found at the reception, and we were told the hotel was fully booked with no rooms left. The staff suggested it might have been a system error. It was especially frustrating to arrive after a long trip and find ourselves without accommodation, even though the booking was confirmed and paid. No immediate solution or alternative lodging was offered. On the bright side, after reporting the issue to Booking, the booking fee was refunded retroactively. Still, we expected far more reliability and support, and we won’t book here again.

My stay had its ups and downs - I loved the room, it was really nice and comfortable. However, I had some issues with the bathroom, like water leaking onto the floor when I took a shower and some mold growing beside the toilet, which was a bit of a letdown. To make matters worse, I was charged $375.70 for my stay, even though I had booked it for $369.34, so I had to make a call to sort that out. Despite these problems, I still appreciated the hotel's efforts.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with every aspect exceeding my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the impeccable service and warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were also noteworthy, making my stay feel like a home away from home. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the room's temperature control, but it was promptly resolved by the helpful staff.
