I appreciated the layout and the greenery around the rooms, it looked nice. The hotel’s proximity to Lamai’s main street made dining out convenient, and the beach spot was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, let me check in early, and the laundry service was fast. No complaints.

The place is beachfront and close to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The lack of a screen door means mosquitoes can get into the room.

The location, facilities, and weather were all good. The pillows really need to be replaced to ensure they are comfortable and don’t compromise your neck.

The location is superb, the pool is beautiful, the beach is close and the staff are great, but the air‑conditioner leaked inside the room and I was charged 700 baht for a sheet I stained with my tattoo ink – far too expensive for Thailand!
