“Dogs barking loud throughout the night”

We were assigned cabin number 1. Behind it, dogs barked loudly all night. The owners were aware before giving us the cabin and only admitted it after we complained. The air conditioning was full of mold. The bed was poor quality; sitting on the footboard made the middle of the mattress lift. There was additional ventilation in the room. The photos looked better than reality. We left because we couldn’t sleep.

“Well-located and comfortable no-frills accommodation”

Camping de Fuente de Piedra sits nicely on the town edge, with a cheap restaurant next door and a pool just outside. The accommodation was basic but comfy. There were no remote controls for the TV or air conditioner in the room, and I only learned at checkout that they should have been handed over on arrival. The room also lacked bedside lighting and had few free power sockets for charging.

The place. The water was scarce and a bit noisy, and the pipes smelled bad.

The staff were friendly, the facilities clean, and the beds very comfortable. We had a small fridge, a microwave, TV, and air conditioning. Parking was easy around or even inside.

“Si pero no.”

I stayed in a small place not far from the town and the natural park, so I could walk there, and the best part was that I could bring my dog. The cleaning, the staff, and even the lifeguard seem lucky that nothing happens at the pool because they allow all kinds of dangerous behavior, and the signs that forbid eating on the grass are not respected by anyone. Etc, etc.
